By using our programs and tools, you acknowledge and accept that AI-generated content is provided "as is" and that you assume all responsibility for how you use such content.

ONE TIME FEE / ONE TIME MEMBERSHIP / LIFETIME USE / LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP

Some of the Programs offered by SBR Worldwide, LLC are offered and can be purchased under a Onetime or One Time Fee, Onetime or One Time Membership, or Lifetime Membership / Lifetime Usage program that allows you to access Site offerings available at the time of your purchase for as long as those offerings are available. You may not assign a Onetime or One Time or Lifetime Use or Lifetime Membership plan to any other person. AGREEMENT TO RECEIVE ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By purchasing any Site product, program, or offering, including Certified AI 360 or any AI 360 Tools, and or by providing us your identifying information including your name, email address, and/or phone number, you consent to receive notifications from SBR Worldwide, LLC / Sam Richter electronically to the email address you provide to us. You agree that all notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You agree that you have the ability to store such electronic communications such that they remain accessible to you in an unchanged form. You agree to keep your email address information current.

Content written for including descriptions and instructions on how to use any websites listed in the Site are the sole ownership of SBR Worldwide, LLC, and in the Business Leadership Roundtable program, Sam Richter, SBR Worldwide LLC, and others, and are protected under U.S. Copyright Law. All content within Certified AI 360, AI 360 GPT, AI 360 Tools, and related programs, including but not limited to video content, written materials, tool interfaces, prompts, frameworks, and instructional materials, are the sole property of SBR Worldwide, LLC. Trademarks owned by third parties are the property of those respective third parties. The Site is the copyrighted property of SBR Worldwide, LLC, and it may not be reproduced, recreated, modified, accessed or used in any manner in violation of these Terms of Use. Any unauthorized use of any Content, whether owned by SBR Worldwide, LLC or other parties, may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, privacy and publicity laws and communications, regulations and statutes.

CERTIFIED AI 360 CERTIFICATION CREDENTIAL TERMS

Upon successful completion of the Certified AI 360 program requirements, participants may earn a certification credential. The following terms govern the use of this credential:

Credential Designation: Certified individuals may represent themselves as "Certified AI 360" or "Certified AI 360 Professional" in professional contexts, including but not limited to resumes, LinkedIn profiles, business cards, email signatures, and professional biographies.
Logo Usage: Certified individuals may use the official Certified AI 360 badge or logo solely for personal professional purposes to indicate their certification status. The logo must be used in its original form without modification, alteration, or distortion. The logo may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with SBR Worldwide, LLC beyond the certification itself.
Prohibited Uses: Certified individuals may NOT: (i) use the certification credential or logo in connection with products, services, or offerings not affiliated with SBR Worldwide, LLC; (ii) imply that their certification grants them authority to certify others or grant Certified AI 360 credentials to third parties; (iii) use the credential or logo in any misleading, defamatory, or unlawful manner; (iv) transfer, assign, or license the credential or logo rights to any other individual or entity; (v) use the certification to imply expertise beyond the scope of the program curriculum.
Certification Status: Certification status is contingent upon maintaining an active Certified AI 360 membership in good standing. If your membership lapses, is cancelled, or is terminated for any reason, you must immediately cease using the Certified AI 360 credential designation and logo. Upon renewal or reinstatement of membership, credential usage rights may be restored.
Revocation: SBR Worldwide, LLC reserves the right to revoke certification credentials at any time for violation of these terms, misrepresentation of qualifications, conduct that reflects negatively on the Certified AI 360 program, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
No Employment or Competency Guarantee: The Certified AI 360 credential signifies completion of program requirements and does not constitute a guarantee of employment, job performance, professional competency, or specific outcomes. Employers and other parties should conduct their own evaluation of an individual's qualifications and suitability for any particular role or task.

MEMBERSHIP / SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

If you have joined any of our for-sale online membership / subscription programs, including Certified AI 360, you may cancel your membership / subscription at any time. To do so, click on the people icon in the upper right once logged in and click the Manage Subscriptions link. Once you cancel, any upcoming payments will be automatically canceled, and your subscription and all future billings will end. Your cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to all program materials, tools, and resources, including AI 360 GPT and AI 360 Tools, and must cease using the Certified AI 360 credential and logo. No refunds will be issued for any payments previously made.

As a service, we provide information about other resources that may be of interest. However, we are not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources, and the presentation of third-party links or content is not an endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by SBR Worldwide, LLC. Please be aware that when you exit our Site, you are subject to the policies of the new website. You further acknowledge and agree that SBR Worldwide, LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such third-party content, goods or services available on or through any third-party site or resource.

DATA COLLECTION, STORAGE, AND BREACH POLICIES

For emails you send to us, we use Office365. We do back up our email data file to cloud-based backup services, and you agree to abide by their Terms.

For some of our online programs, including Certified AI 360, we use Teachable as our back-end hosting platform and all data resides on the Teachable platform and their databases. The only data we can see when we look at a user's account is the user's name, email address, IP address on registration and subsequent logins, how often a user logs in, and what Lessons that a user looks at while using the online resource site. We do not have access to any credit card or billing information, and we do not have access to a user's password. We can change a password, but we do not have the ability to see a user's existing password. For credit card processing, we use Teachable and Teachable uses Stripe to process the payments and maintain subscriptions. In addition, we also use Fastspring to process some of our credit card transactions. With Teachable, Stripe, and Fastspring, we do not have access to any credit card data. When you sign up for any of our online programs, including Certified AI 360, we use Zapier to send registration information that includes only first name, last name, email address, the Course signed up for and the date of sign up. That information is stored in ConvertKit, which we use to send instructional and informational emails. For our online demonstrations and webinars, we use Zoom, and their Terms are found at: https://zoom.us/terms

Our CRM system may store your identifying data. We collect client information and data in our CRM including but not limited to name, company name, email address, phone number, conference/event information, fees paid, and relevant relationships.

We do not maintain any servers or databases and instead, rely upon the third-party vendors highlighted above and possible other third parties not mentioned above. In the event of a data breach at any of our third-party relationships, we would follow the communication instructions provided to us by the breached company, and the company itself may communicate directly with any impacted users.

AI 360 GPT AND AI 360 TOOLS TERMS OF USE

By using AI 360 GPT, AI 360 Tools, or any AI-powered tools provided through Certified AI 360 or SBR Worldwide, LLC, you agree to the following additional terms:

Accuracy and Reliability: AI 360 GPT and AI 360 Tools utilize artificial intelligence and third-party data sources to generate outputs including but not limited to company analyses, industry reports, personality assessments, contact information, and communications. While we strive for accuracy, these outputs are generated using probability models and publicly available information. SBR Worldwide, LLC makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any output. You are solely responsible for verifying all information before use.
Intended Use: AI 360 GPT and AI 360 Tools are intended for legitimate business purposes including sales preparation, market research, professional communication, and business decision support. You agree to use these tools ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Uses: You may NOT use AI 360 GPT or AI 360 Tools to: (i) stalk, harass, or harm any individual; (ii) generate false, misleading, or defamatory content; (iii) violate any person's privacy rights; (iv) engage in any unlawful activity; (v) circumvent any security measures or access restrictions; (vi) resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the tools or their outputs without express written permission; (vii) use outputs for any purpose that violates the terms of third-party data sources including but not limited to LinkedIn, Google, and others.
Third-Party Data Sources: AI 360 GPT and AI 360 Tools access and aggregate information from third-party sources. You agree to comply with the terms of service of all such third-party sources. SBR Worldwide, LLC is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or policies of third-party data sources.
Contact Information: Any contact information (email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses) provided through AI 360 Tools is gathered from publicly available sources or generated using mathematical algorithms. Accuracy is not guaranteed. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws regarding electronic communications, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and GDPR.

RELEASE / INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to release SBR Worldwide, LLC, its parents and affiliates together with their respective employees, agents, officers, directors and shareholders, from any and all liability and obligations whatsoever in connection with or arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to Certified AI 360, AI 360 GPT, AI 360 Tools, and any AI-generated content. If at any time you are not happy with the Site or object to any material within the Site, your sole remedy is to cease using them.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold SBR Worldwide, LLC, its officers, employees and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site, Certified AI 360, AI 360 GPT, AI 360 Tools, or any services or products offered by SBR Worldwide, LLC.

In the event litigation is instituted hereunder, each User consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of any federal or state court situated in Hennepin County, MN, as SBR Worldwide, LLC selects in its sole discretion. ANY SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING CONCERNING THE SITE, ITS USE, THESE TERMS OF USE, OR CONCERNING ANY OTHER POLICY OR PROCEDURE OF SBR WORLDWIDE, LLC, MUST BE BROUGHT IN A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION IN MINNESOTA, AND YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY CONSENT TO THE JURISDICTION OF SUCH COURT (AND OF THE APPROPRIATE APPELLATE COURTS THEREFROM) IN ANY SUCH SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING; AND YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY OBJECTION WHICH YOU MAY NOW OR HEREAFTER HAVE TO THE LAYING OF THE VENUE OF ANY SUCH SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING IN ANY SUCH COURT OR THAT ANY SUCH SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING WHICH IS BROUGHT IN ANY SUCH COURT HAS BEEN BROUGHT IN AN INCONVENIENT FORUM.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATED TO THE SALES INTEL SEARCH ENGINE, KNOW MORE UNIVERSITY, AND CERTIFIED AI 360

Access to the Sales Intel Engine, Know More University, Certified AI 360, AI 360 GPT, and AI 360 Tools is by license only. Licenses may be individually purchased or made available to a user through an Enterprise Agreement with a third-party organization such as a business, association, educational institution, etc.

Licenses are for the individual user only and may not be shared.

We may suspend or cancel any license at any time without notice if a user is found to violate these Terms and Conditions in any way.
